Ingredients:
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce
13 grams vanilla protein
27 grams oats
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Splash of vanilla
Blend Oats into flour in a blender. Add all other ingredients and blend. Make like normal pancakes.
