The whole family loves this! This is truly the highest compliment because I couldn't break my husband from nasty store-bought ramen until now. I've tried everything, and this is the only things that worked. He's requested it many times and even told his friends about it. We'll be repeat customers for sure!

I have been searching for a healthy ramen noodle for a while now! The ones in the store might be cheap but so are the 30+ ingredients! I was so glad when I saw this on my FB feed and decided to try. It’s delicious and am so happy to have a ramen noodle I can enjoy!
Ate this for first time today. Loved the texture. I did cook for 5 minutes and used chicken stock. Broth was delicious but between the stock and packet pretty salty. Next time I'll try with water.
I haven’t been able to eat ramen since going gluten-free due to health issues, and it’s something I really missed. It’s been 11 months without one of my favorite comfort foods, and I honestly felt so sad cutting it out. I finally tried Clean Monday Meals gluten-free ramen, and I’m so happy I did. It tastes amazing and, best of all, it didn’t affect me at all! After so long without ramen, this feels like such a gift. I’m so impressed I’m getting it on subscription on my next order!
I wanted so much for this to be as yummy as it turned out to be - and it is!!! I bought extra of the seasoning so I could add a bit extra. I heat up some organic chicken stock with a plop of butter, then put in my noodles and seasoning and grab some chicken from a roasted chicken breast - and it makes the most delicious thick noodle soup for me to enjoy. I really missed ramen, but this is everything I wanted it to be!
I was really surprised how much I liked the chocolate. I am super picky when it comes to protein powder. Compared to other DF powders I’ve tried it’s the best by far. It reminds me of an Almond Joy. Some reviews said it was gritty and chalky but I didn’t have that experience. I use a blender maybe that’s why. If you’re on the fence, try it. You’ll be glad you did!
If you are looking for authentic Asian cuisine seasoning this is too bland. I suggest using this as a rub for grilled chicken.
Every few years I crave ramen, but can't have it while sticking to my gluten free diet. I've tried other versions before that did the trick okay, but tasted more like pho than ramen (they usually substitute with glass noodles, which just isn't the same). I'm happy to say that this ramen has gotten down the taste and texture just right! These are delicious, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with the different flavors.

I have missed ramen soup since I am gluten free for many years now. These are fabulous and taste is great! Not too salty at all with the chicken packet thats included. I look forward to creating different meals with the ramen and will be ordering again!
I purchased the seasoning flavors and they are just how I remember ramen tasting back in the day. SO good! Thank you for creating these and I can’t wait to try the noodles. We plan to serve this at my daughter’s graduation!
I'm thrilled I took a chance and ordered these. Oh how I have missed my ramen soup! These are so yummy and satisfy my ramen craving. I just need to be careful not to eat them all too quickly.
I was doubtful that this would actually be as good as what I grew up with, but it tastes exactly the same and I have the confidence knowing that it actually is clean and safe for me and my GF family to eat. I add green onions, sliced pork or rotisserie chicken for more protein. I've even added some fresh cabbage to it for more veg. Good stuff.
