Serves: 4-6 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 4-6 hours on LOW, or 2-3 hours on HIGH
Set it and forget it! This slow cooker creamy ranch pork chop recipe is the ultimate weeknight win. The pork chops are fall-apart tender, and the sauce is absolutely dreamy. All thanks to Clean Monday Meals.
Ingredients:
-
4-6 bone-in or boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
-
1 1/2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning (divided)
-
2 cups chicken or beef broth
-
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion (optional)
-
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
-
Fresh chopped parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
For Serving:
-
Mashed potatoes
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Generously season both sides with 1 tablespoon of the Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning.
-
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the Clean Monday Meals Cream of Chicken powder, the remaining Ranch Seasoning (½ tablespoon), and the broth until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
-
Assemble the Slow Cooker: If using, place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker insert. This creates a flavor base and helps prevent sticking.
-
Add Pork Chops and Sauce: Arrange the seasoned pork chops in a single, even layer over the onions in the slow cooker. Pour the creamy chicken and ranch sauce evenly over the pork chops.
-
Cook: Cover the slow cooker with its lid. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours. The pork chops are done when they are fork-tender and shred easily.
- Rest and Serve: Using tongs, carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and transfer them to a plate. Stir the remaining sauce to incorporate all the juices and flavors. Spoon the tender pork chops and plenty of the delicious, creamy sauce over a bed of hot mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
