Sheet Pan Pork Tenderloin & Potatoes

Dinner is served! Our Bold Bee BBQ Sheet Pan Pork Tenderloin is a complete, one-pan family meal. We toss fresh potatoes and juicy pork tenderloin in our sweet and smoky Bold Bee BBQ Seasoning for an effortless dinner packed with incredible flavor. Minimal cleanup, maximum taste!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1.5 lbs baby yellow or red potatoes, halved
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 3–4 tablespoons CMM Bold Bee BBQ Seasoning (divided)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the halved potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, and toss with 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of CMM Bold Bee BBQ Seasoning until fully coated. Spread them out on one side of the sheet pan.
  3. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel. Rub it with the remaining olive oil, then season it heavily on all sides with the remaining CMM Bold Bee BBQ Seasoning, pressing the spices into the meat.
  4. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the other side of the sheet pan next to the potatoes.
  5. Roast in the oven at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the potatoes are golden and fork-tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot alongside the crispy BBQ potatoes.
