Mississippi Ranch Dip

Mississippi Ranch Dip

Serves: 8-10 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Chill Time: 1 hour (Minimum)

The Mississippi Pot Roast magic has been turned into a DIP! This creamy, savory, and tangy dip is NO-COOK and takes just 10 minutes to prep. We get all that rich flavor from a powerhouse combo of Clean Monday Meals Beef Bouillon and Ranch. Perfect for your next party spread!

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz container sour cream (or a dairy-free sour cream or plain Greek yogurt alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon Clean Monday Meals Beef Bouillon
  • 2 teaspoon Clean Monday Meals Everyday Beef Seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped pepperoncini peppers
  • 1-2 tablespoons pepperoncini liquid (juice from the jar)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

For Serving: Potato chips, sturdy gluten-free crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, Ranch Seasoning, Beef Bouillon, Everyday Beef Seasoning, chopped pepperoncini, and its liquid.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture well, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl to ensure all the dry seasoning powders are fully incorporated into the sour cream.
  3. Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (2-3 hours is ideal) to allow the seasonings to fully hydrate and the flavors to meld and intensify.
  4. Garnish: Just before serving, give the dip a final stir. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, and serve cold with your favorite dippers.
