Prep Time: 15 mins | Yields: Approx. 3 cups

Summer in a bowl! Our Zesty Mango Salsa is the ultimate balance of sweet and savory. With a hit of CMM Chili Seasoning and fresh lime, it’s the bright, clean topping your grilled tacos have been waiting for.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp CMM SPOG Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the fruit and vegetable mixture.
  3. Sprinkle in the CMM SPOG.
  4. Toss gently with a spoon until everything is evenly coated in the lime juice and spices.
  5. Let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. This allows the mango to release its juices and the seasonings to fully meld.
  6. Serve as a refreshing dip with chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken tacos.
