Mango Salsa

Summer in a bowl! Our Zesty Mango Salsa is the ultimate balance of sweet and savory. With a hit of CMM Chili Seasoning and fresh lime, it’s the bright, clean topping your grilled tacos have been waiting for.
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 1 tsp CMM SPOG Seasoning
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the fruit and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle in the CMM SPOG.
- Toss gently with a spoon until everything is evenly coated in the lime juice and spices.
- Let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. This allows the mango to release its juices and the seasonings to fully meld.
- Serve as a refreshing dip with chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken tacos.
