Ingredients:

2 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 package broccoli
1 package sliced carrots
2 packages of mild Italian Sausage

Instructions: 

Chop up all the veggies, arrange on baking tray. Cut up Sausage and lay on top of veggies and mix around. Bake at 375F for 20-25 min.
Divide into containers.
