Summer in a bowl! Our Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Fruit Salad is a total crowd-pleaser. We’ve packed it with pineapple, kiwi, and fresh berries, then tossed it all in a zesty, sweet poppy seed glaze. It’s fresh, clean, and absolutely gorgeous on any table!
Ingredients:
The Fruit Base:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
- 3-4 kiwis, peeled and sliced or diced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
The Honey-Lime Dressing:
-
- Juice of 2 fresh limes (about 3-4 tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Chop and prep all your fruit, then place the pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries into a large mixing bowl. Gently toss them together.
- In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds until the honey is fully dissolved and smooth.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad just before serving.
- Gently fold the salad together so every piece of fruit gets coated in the glaze without crushing the delicate berries.
- Serve immediately or let it chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
