Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 c. cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups water mixed with 3 tablespoons CMM Chicken Ramen Seasoning or use chicken broth
  • 2 c. milk (use coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 c. GF flour
  • 16 oz @jovialfoods penne noodles, uncooked
  • 2 c. frozen peas thawed
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  1. Place 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until warm. Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes; cook 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in broth, milk, flour. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Cook pasta noodles, drain and rinse.
  4. Adds peas, ham and sauce to pasta and combine all together.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of pasta.
  6. Enjoy!!
