Gluten-Free Apple Crisp
- 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup cup4cup gluten-free flour
- Peel and dice apples and place at the bottom of a greased pan.
- Add water and cinnamon and stir together.
- Combine sugar, butter, and flour until crumbly, then add to the top.
- Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 min.
- My family loves it topped with vanilla ice cream.
