Gluten-Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients: 

  • 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup cup4cup gluten-free flour

Instructions: 

  1. Peel and dice apples and place at the bottom of a greased pan.
  2. Add water and cinnamon and stir together.
  3. Combine sugar, butter, and flour until crumbly, then add to the top.
  4. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 min.
  5. My family loves it topped with vanilla ice cream.
