Kodiak Cake Power Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups @kodiakcakes Gluten-Free Mix
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup apple sauce or earth balance butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium mashed bananas
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 min.
