Ingredients:

  • 10-12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bacon or ham
  • 1/2 cup veggies of choice I used peppers
  • Salt, pepper and garlic salt for taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-count muffin pan with oil or non-stick cooking spray. Or use silicon pans (LINK)
  2. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, crack in eggs and whisk together with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add egg mixture into muffins tins.
  4. Add in cooked bacon/ham and veggies.
  5. Bake the egg muffins in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool and serve with salsa or ketchup.
