Crispy Lemon Pepper Wings

The secret to the perfect crunch? A little cornstarch and our CMM Lemon Pepper! These wings are baked to golden perfection and tossed in a zesty lemon butter. They are better than takeout and completely gluten-free!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Clean Monday Meals Lemon Pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F) and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Toss the dry wings in a large bowl with the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of Clean Monday Meals Lemon Pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 35–40 minutes (or air fry for 20 minutes) until the skin is golden and crispy.
- Whisk the melted butter with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the hot wings in the butter mixture until fully coated and serve immediately.
