Ingredients:
- 6 cups cubed gluten-free bread (cut into 3/4 to 1-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or oil of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Powder
- Pinch of salt, optional
Instructions:
- Pre-Bake/Dry (Optional but Recommended): Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C). Spread the bread cubes evenly across a lined baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
