Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats

I have a lot of overnight oat recipes if you love this idea and concept. I am a visual learner and I love seeing how simple it is to make something.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (@enjoylifefoods for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Shreds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Peanut Butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine all together and refrigerate.
  2. I eat mine cold and will sometimes add banana to the top of it in the morning.
  3. They last up to 5 days in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!!
