Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey
Celery
Grapes
Cashews
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head butter lettuce
*No specific amount of extra because you can change what you put in it and change amount according to your liking.
Instructions:
1. Bake chicken at 350F for 20-25 min or until internal temp reaches 165F. Once cooked, shred chicken.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Chop up lettuce for Wraps.
