Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Zucchini (chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 2 Bell peppers (chopped, any color)
  • 2 tbsp CMM taco seasoning
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions: 
  1. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef.
  2. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat if needed. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Cook the Veggies: In the same skillet, drizzle a little olive oil.
  5. Add the chopped onion, peppers, and zucchini.
  6. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but still a little crisp (about 7–9 minutes).
  8. Combine & Season: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the veggies.
  9. Sprinkle in the CMM Taco Seasoning.
  10. Stir well to combine, cooking for another 1–2 minutes to warm everything through and blend the flavors.
