Beef and Veggie Skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Zucchini (chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (diced)
- 2 Bell peppers (chopped, any color)
- 2 tbsp CMM taco seasoning
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef.
- Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
- Drain excess fat if needed. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Veggies: In the same skillet, drizzle a little olive oil.
- Add the chopped onion, peppers, and zucchini.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but still a little crisp (about 7–9 minutes).
- Combine & Season: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the veggies.
- Sprinkle in the CMM Taco Seasoning.
- Stir well to combine, cooking for another 1–2 minutes to warm everything through and blend the flavors.
