Anti-Inflammatory Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:
•2 sweet potatoes
•¼ - ½ cup olive oil
•Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400°.
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes (depending on desired crispness).
