Ingredients:

•2 sweet potatoes
•¼ - ½ cup olive oil
•Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°. 
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
  3. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes (depending on desired crispness).
