I didn’t realize how inflamed my body had become until it started to go away. The puffiness in my face, the joint pain, the exhaustion… it all slowly became my “normal.” But it wasn’t.

These photos were taken just a few weeks apart—and when I saw them side by side, I actually felt the progress I’ve been praying for. The swelling in my face is down. My energy is coming back. And I feel more like me than I have in a long time.

This hasn’t been easy. I’ve packed food for every event, said no to things I love, and pushed through cravings and fatigue. But seeing this change reminds me why I’m doing it.

It’s wild what can happen when you stop feeding your body what’s hurting it—and start giving it what it truly needs to heal.
