10-Minute Chicken Lo Mein

Serves: 2–4 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes

Better than takeout and faster too! This CMM Chicken Chow Mein comes together in just 10 minutes using our Teriyaki Mix & Marinade. Clean ingredients, zero MSG, and all the flavor you crave. Dinner is served!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Gluten-Free Asian-style noodles (like brown rice or millet noodles)
  • 2 cups pre-cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 bag (approx. 12 oz) pre-packed stir-fry vegetable mix
  • 1/3 cup CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade (reconstituted according to package)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (avocado or sesame)
  • Garnish: Sliced green onions or sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your gluten-free noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles cook, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pre-packed stir-fry vegetables and sauté for 2–3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the pre-cooked chicken and the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables.
  5. Pour in the 1/3 cup of reconstituted CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade.
  6. Toss everything together constantly for 1–2 minutes. As the heat hits the teriyaki, the sauce will thicken and glaze the noodles, chicken, and veggies beautifully.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
