In my opinion, this is the best salsa recipe out there!
My mother-in-law always makes this when we have family get-togethers, and it’s gone too fast every time. I love this salsa recipe because it’s so simple and the ingredients are so clean and healthy.
Homemade Salsa Recipe
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes drained
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 small white onion
1 jalapeño de-seeded
1/8 cup cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 12-15 seconds.
