Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise OR sour cream (use plant-based substitutes for allergen-friendly version)
- 1 tablespoon Clean Monday Meals Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced apple (such as Gala, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins:
- ½ cup sliced grapes or raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
