This recipe creates a smooth, savory gravy using Clean Monday Meals products. It is naturally thickened by the soup mix, making it a quick, one-pot, and easy gluten-free and dairy-free option.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Clean Monday Meals Cream of Chicken powder
- 2 teaspoons Clean Monday Meals Chicken Ramen Seasoning (or Chicken Bouillon powder)
- Black pepper (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
- Boil Water: Pour the water into a small saucepan and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add Seasonings and Thicken: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Immediately add the Cream of Chicken powder and the Chicken Ramen Seasoning/Bouillon to the boiling water.
- Whisk and Serve: Whisk continuously for about 2–3 minutes until the powder is fully dissolved and the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Finish: Remove from heat and season with black pepper, if desired. Serve hot.

For richer flavor: If you are serving this gravy with roasted meat (like chicken or turkey), add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pan drippings (or any leftover meat fat/juices) to the gravy after it has finished thickening.
