Blueberry Lemon Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups coconut milk or almond milk
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
• 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
• Small pinch of sea salt
• 1 scoop anti-inflammatory protein powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
