Yields: Approx. 1 cup | Prep Time: 5 minutes

Why buy store-bought when you can make a double batch of this? Our Toasted Sesame Asian Dressing is officially a fan favorite. Clean, gluten-free, and packed with umami thanks to our Teriyaki Mix. Make it once and use it all week!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a glass jar or medium bowl, combine the rice wine vinegar, CMM Teriyaki Mix & Marinade, toasted sesame oil, and honey.
  2. Whisk vigorously (or seal the jar and shake) until the honey is fully incorporated and the teriyaki mix is smooth.
  3. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Usage: Drizzle over your Asian Cucumber Salad (#60), use it as a marinade for salmon, or toss it with shredded cabbage for an instant slaw.
  5. Storage: Keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Give it a quick shake before each use to redistribute those toasted sesame seeds!
