Q: What are the noodles made of?
A: Just one simple ingredient: organic brown rice flour.

Q: How allergy friendly are these noodles?
A: Our noodles are made in a dedicated allergen-free facility. The only time they’re handled elsewhere is during packaging, which takes place in a deep-cleaned, isolated room at our co-packer. We take every step possible to protect the integrity of our noodles.

Q: Why are they “broken”?
A: As we scaled production, some ramen cakes developed cracks or broke during handling and shipping. They’re still the exact same noodles just not perfectly shaped. Instead of wasting them, we chose to offer them at a discount and celebrate the imperfections.

Q: Are these the same noodles as your regular ramen?
A: Yes! Same exact noodles. Same ingredients. Same quality. Just different shapes and sizes.

Q: How much is in each bag?
A: Each bag contains the equivalent of 12 ramen cakes (70g each) just in a mix of pieces instead of full cakes.

Q: Do they cook the same as regular ramen?
A: They do! Because some pieces are smaller, they may cook a little faster but overall, you’ll prepare them just like our standard ramen noodles.

Q: Do these come with seasoning packets?
A: No, these are noodles only. No seasoning packets are included.
