How do I log in after I buy?

After checkout, look for an email titled “Your SimplyClean App Access” (may take a few minutes). Tap the link to set your password and sign in at the App Login on our site or directly at cleanmondaymeals.mealproapp.io. Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it.

I didn’t get the access email—what now?

First, search your inbox for “Clean Monday Meals” and “Member Kitchens.” If still missing after 10 minutes, use 'Forgot password' on the login page or contact us with your order # and email used at checkout so we can trigger a fresh invite.

Can my spouse/teen use the app too?

One membership = one login. You can be signed in on multiple devices in your household. For separate logins, add another membership (we’re working on family seats).

How does the free trial work?

You get 60 days free, then $7.99/mo (or $79.99/yr). We’ll email before renewal. Cancel any time before your trial ends to avoid charges.

How do I cancel or switch plans?

If you subscribed in the mobile app, manage/cancel from your phone’s subscription settings. If you subscribed on our website, use the “Manage Subscriptions” link in your account. Either way, you keep access through the current billing period.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes—use the gift flow to send an activation email and independent account to your recipient.

How do adjustable servings work?

Open any recipe and use the servings control; ingredients auto-scale—no math needed.

Can I build my own weekly plan?

Yes. Add recipes to a custom meal plan; we generate a shopping list you can print or export.

What’s “Search by Ingredient”?

Type what’s in your fridge/pantry (e.g., “ground turkey, zucchini”) and we’ll suggest recipes that use them to cut waste.

Does it include macros/nutrition?

Each recipe shows per-serving nutrition (calories and more) to help you track.

Can I save notes or tweaks?

Yep—add private notes to any recipe to remember swaps or timing for next time.

How does Instacart work here?

From your shopping list, hand off to Instacart to shop at local retailers where available. Availability varies by region and store.

Are recipes gluten- and dairy-free?

Everything is built with gluten- and dairy-free eaters in mind, with clearly marked swaps where relevant. (If you’ve got other allergens, always check ingredient lists.)

Do you post new recipes/meal plans?

Yes—new recipes and plans roll out regularly; turn on app/email notifications for alerts.

Can I print a meal plan or recipe?

Yes—use the “Download PDF” option on a recipe or meal plan.

Which devices are supported?

Use any modern browser at the login link; mobile apps are supported via the Member Kitchens platform, with subscription management handled either in-app or on the web depending on where you purchased.

My login says I don’t have a subscription.

This can happen if you purchased with a different email than you’re using to log in. Sign in with the purchase email or contact us to merge.

Shopping list didn’t update after I changed servings.

Refresh the recipe, then re-add it to your meal plan to regenerate the list. (The plan stores the version at the time you added it.)

Instacart isn’t showing my store.

It means Instacart’s local coverage or specific products aren’t available in your area yet—export/print the list and shop manually.

I get renewal notices but bought the yearly plan.

Check whether you have both an in-app subscription and a website subscription. If so, cancel one to avoid double billing.
