In my opinion, this is the BEST salsa recipe out there!!! My mother-in-law always makes this when we have family get-togethers and it’s gone too fast every time.
The ingredients are so clean and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes drained
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 small white onion
- 1 jalapeño (de-seeded)
- 1/8 cup cilantro
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 12-15 seconds.
