Homemade Salsa

In my opinion, this is the BEST salsa recipe out there!!! My mother-in-law always makes this when we have family get-togethers and it’s gone too fast every time.

 The ingredients are so clean and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes drained
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • 1 jalapeño (de-seeded)
  • 1/8 cup cilantro
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 12-15 seconds.
