Gluten-Free Apple Crisp Ingredients:  4 medium apples, peeled and chopped 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup water 1 cup of sugar 3/4 cup cup4cup gluten-free flour Instructions:  Peel and dice apples and place at the bottom of a greased pan. Add water and cinnamon and stir together. Combine sugar, butter, and flour until crumbly, then add to the top. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 min. My family loves it topped with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
