Sausage Potato Skillet

Ingredients: 

  1. Aidells chicken sausage (I love the pineapple bacon flavor)
  2. Potatoes
  3. Carrots
  4. Use as many of each ingredient as you think you’ll need to feed everyone. This is a very inexpensive meal for large families.

Instructions: 
1.Cut up potatoes, place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Place carrots on top and toss around. Roast in oven at 400F degrees for 30-40 min, until golden brown.
2.Cut up sausage. You can either place them on a cookie sheet and bake them for 8-10 min or you can put them in skillet and fry for 8-10 min.
3.When everything is cooked add about 1/2-3/4 cup of potato and carrots to every 4-6 ounces of sausage.
