Ingredients:

  • 6 Tablespoons salted butter (Use Miyoko's for dairy-free)
  • 6 Tablespoons GF flour (I use Bob Red Mill one-for-one flour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 TB CMM Chicken Ramen Seasoning
  • 1 cup milk (Use coconut milk or cashew milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add flour to the pan and whisk together to make a roux (about 1 to 1.5 minutes)
  3. Add the chicken ramen seasoning to your water and stir.
  4. Add broth and milk to the pan and whisk together to smooth the lumps.
  5. Bring to a simmer and continue cooking until mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and use as you would a regular can of condensed soup.
  7. Enjoy!
