- 1lb lean grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup no-salt tomato sauce
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Mix all ingredients for meat, then ball up.
- Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes or until meat is cooked.
