Mini Meatloaf with Steamed Veggies


Ingredients:

1lb lean grass-fed ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 egg whites
1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup no-salt tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.


Directions:

1. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2. Mix all ingredients for meat, then ball up.
3. Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes or until meat is cooked.
