Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (@bobsredmill) old-fashioned gluten-free oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 325° for 20 min, stirring halfway in between.
  4. Let it cool and break apart.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
