We have been obsessed with our @gozney pizza oven; it's been such a fun new family tradition for all of us to make our mini pizzas on Sunday! I tried this GF pizza crust mix from @kingarthurbaking, and the whole family loves it. I am sharing the recipe on the back of the bag to show you just how easy it is to make. I used to be so intimidated by making pizza crust GF because my first attempt was an epic fail but I do feel so accomplished now that I have successfully made pizza 3 times now!!

Ingredients:- 2 1/2 cups Gluten-Free pizza flour
- 1 1/2 cups water, lukewarm
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- Beat ingredients (by hand or mixer) until dough is sticky but smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
- Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour; then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Position a baking stone or steel on the bottom oven rack; preheat the oven to 500°F. Divide the dough in half and place each piece on parchment.
- With lightly greased or wet hands, press dough into 10" circles, leaving a thicker outer edge. Top with sauce, cheese, and additional toppings as desired.
- Bake pizzas for 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. We use our @gozney pizza oven, and it turns out amazing!!
