Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Potatoes scrubbed and dried
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- Wash, dry, and prick each potato with a fork.
- Drizzle each potato with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place potatoes in your air fryer. Depending on the size of the potatoes and the air fryer, you can fit a certain number without stacking.
- Set air fryer to cook at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. (Also depending on the size of potatoes) Use tongs to remove potatoes from the air fryer basket, then carefully cut a slit on top of each one.
- Add desired toppings
- Enjoy!!
