Gluten-Free Cranberry Orange Energy Bites

If you love cranberry orange flavor, you are going to LOVE this recipe!

I was craving cranberry orange bread this week and instead came up with this recipe! I’m obsessed!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup @bobsredmill gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 scoop @drinkorgain vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoon orange zest
  • 2-3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in @boschmixers
  2. Mix until mixture is well combined.
  3. Form into energy balls.
