With this being my fourth Book, I have had enough requests to add the additional nutritional information with the hopes that it is helpful to you.
I do not follow any specific program or diet, and I am not saying you should, and I am not suggesting you use MyFitnessPal or join or Weight Watchers. I included their information because several supporters have requested it.
