THE BEST PEACH COBBLER!

THE BEST PEACH COBBLER!

This Peach Cobbler turned out so dang good, even @thekevincoxshow was impressed by my mad peach cobbler skills. I'm thinking of making a bunch of these to have on hand in the freezer, it was that good. Peaches are in season, grab them while they are juicy and ripe you won't regret it!

Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler 🍑
Ingredients:
Peach Filling:
5–6 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
Cobbler Topping:
1/2 cup salted butter, slightly softened ( use @earthbalance for dairy-free option)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup @cup4cup gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
We use Tillamook vanilla ice cream for serving ( or use @so_delicious for dairy-free.)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice peaches and add peaches and 1/4 cup sugar to 9x 13 pan.
3. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, until a crumbly texture
4. Place the mixture over the top of the peaches.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. At this point, it should be juicy and bubbly around the sides.
6. Sprinkle the top with a little brown sugar. And bake another 10 minutes and then finish with a few minutes under the broiler for a few minutes to get it golden brown.
7. To get a thick saucy peach base, let it stand for 10-15 minutes before serving with some vanilla ice cream.
8. Enjoy!!!
