Gluten Free Cream Puffs

Who's looking for an amazing gluten-free dessert? I love making a delicious dessert to enjoy on Sunday or I guess whenever I feel like it. If you haven’t made homemade cream puffs make these ASAP. This was my favorite dessert as a kid so you can also make the same recipe with regular flour. Tag all your gluten-free friends!!

Gluten-Free Cream Puffs

Ingredients: 

1 cup water 

1/2 cup Butter ( for dairy free use @earthbalance butter ) 

1 cup gluten-free flour (I used @cup4cup flour) 

4 eggs 

Vanilla Pudding mix 

Make as directed with milk (for dairy free use almond milk) 

Add a cup of homemade whipped topping or cool whip. ( for dairy free use coconut whipped cream) 

Instructions: 

Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and reduce heat to low. Stir over low heat for one min as it forms into a ball. Beat in eggs all at once until smooth. Scoop onto cookie sheet by spoonfuls. 

Bake at 350 for 30-45min. Let cool. Add pudding filling. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
