Gluten-Free Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients: 
1 package Bobs Red Mill Muffin Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted grass fed butter
1 cup Almond Milk
2 eggs
1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
2 tsp Lemon Zest

Instructions: 
Combine all together and bake at 400 for 20-22 min.
