PB Energy Bites

Ingredients:

2 cups @bobsredmill gluten free Oats
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) 
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all together and make into balls. Makes about 24-36 depending on size you roll them. Store in the fridge.
