Gluten Free Kodiak Pumpkin Muffins

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Kodiak mix
1 cup milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup Butter ( I used grass fed Kerry gold)
3/4 cup organic pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) 


INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all together. Full muffin tins 3/4th the way full. Bake at 350 for 14-18 min. 
You can also use regular Kodiak mix to make these!
