Gluten-Free Banana Split Breakfast
Banana Split Breakfast is one of our favorites!
We just add yogurt (Greek or coconut milk yogurt for dairy-free option), fruit of choice, and my homemade granola with a little peanut butter drizzle (you can use almond butter as well). This also makes a great after school snack!
Homemade Granola Recipe:
4 cups @bobsredmill old fashion gluten-free oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 and a 1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Pour onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 min, stirring halfway through baking. Let cool and break apart. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
